Each unit has a series of tasks for participants to complete. These tasks are based on participants solving possible real life problems that occur as part of working in the security industry. Participants leave this course with a professional portfolio of assessed works to act as a professional resource guide.

Flexible Learning and Assessment

The strategy incorporates a blended learning. This is a combination of multiple approaches to learning using virtual and physical resources such as the technology based online toolbox, face to face sessions and practical delivery. This enables participants to follow a learning path of their choice whether they choose to read material and then complete the activity sheets or vice versa.
